1.Q: Can you do customized designs and packaging?    

   A: Yes, OEM service is available.   

2.Q: What is OEM procedure?

   A: Making Sample - Place Orders - Bulk - Inspection - Shipment Based on the artwork or techpack provided by the customer, factory will make Counter Sample for approval firstly.Bulk only can be processed once sample is approved. Mass production will follow approvedsample and confirmed packaging requirements.Once final inspection is passed, the cargo can be shipped accordingly.

3.Q: What is your MOQ and how is the Price?  

   A: MOQ is 100 pairs per color per size per design. You may also purchase stocks on our website.FOB price  is based on your designs, materials, specifications and the quantity.   

4.Q: How about your sample fee?   

   A: Sample fee is required and will be returned after the order placed. If our sample is available in stock,sample is free of charge but freight paid at buyer’s account.For customized designs, it takes $50/style/color/size with freight paid atbuyer’s account. Please note that all sample fees are refundable after order placed.

5.Q: How long is the Lead-time for production?

   A: Normally 7-15 days after sample confirmed and deposit receipt.
